Appearance

These creatures take their cue from the red garra, the small freshwater fish nicknamed the doctor fish, but the resemblance turns sinister. Their jaws are far larger and lined with piranha like fangs sharp enough to shred flesh. Their eyes vary in count from one fish to the next, with some sporting as many as six.

Personality

The fish possess no real character of their own. They operate purely on raw animal instinct, functioning as living tools rather than thinking beings.

Abilities

Individually the Mad Doctor Fish are dangerous without being overpowering. Their true value lies in giving Evil Natural Water a way to strike at range, launching the swarm at distant targets like a barrage of biting projectiles.

Their signature strength is a bite powerful enough to puncture the flesh of other Mysterious Beings. A weakened or injured opponent can be stripped down in mere seconds, and the swarm proved able to tear apart Tongara along with his heavily armored battle suit. They also gnawed straight through the metal weapons and mechanical arms of Child Emperor's backpack, chewing them to ruin.

The fish first entered the battle when Master Joe, out of options, cracked open the tank holding Evil Natural Water. The liquid monster flooded out with the fish in tow to assault Atomic Samurai's disciples and Tongara, and the swarm promptly consumed Master Joe himself. When more of them swarmed Child Emperor, he managed to destroy most of the group. Evil Natural Water then absorbed oil drawn from Sludge Jellyfish to keep itself from freezing solid, but the poison in that oil spread through the fish and killed every last one, their lifeless bodies flushed out afterward.
