A rose sits permanently between his lips, the centerpiece of a deliberately theatrical look. He is a young man whose chin runs strikingly long beneath light-colored hair, and he dresses in dark trousers paired with a ruffled white shirt.

True to a name that fuses narcissist and stoic, he is vain, boastful, and given to grand gestures. He looks up to Sweet Mask with something close to worship, going so far during the monster raid as to beg the idol to keep an eye on how gracefully he fought.

His rank marks him as a capable brawler who can trade blows with his fists or snatch up cinder blocks and street signs as makeshift weapons, and his frame shrugs off the strain of shattering monster fangs and bones without a visible scar. Superhuman strength lets him beat creatures into submission, while his speed powers a signature routine, the Soft Touch Execution, in which he flings a rose skyward, cuts down several enemies with punches and knee strikes, then catches the falling flower in his mouth just before it lands. His brass-knuckle attack carries the name Rose American Sack.

He first appears among the A-Class heroes Death Gatling assembles against the Hundred-Eyes Octopus in I-City, a plan Flashy Flash disrupts before Tatsumaki finishes the monster off. Later he joins the support team for the Monster Association raid, dispatching a trio of attackers to impress Sweet Mask, though the idol's praise was actually aimed at Feather fighting behind him. Against Demon-level foes he founders: Rhino Wrestler scored his strike a mere eighteen out of a hundred and swatted him aside, and while guarding Waganma's escort he was among the heroes cut down by Nyan, left breathing but incapacitated for Sekingar to haul to safety.
