Beyond the physical universe, this dimension hangs in the interval between time and space. Planets, open darkness, and scattered stars fill its horizon, while the patch of ground where Blast plants his feet looks much like a desert. It serves as the dwelling place of the Divine Beasts loyal to the entity known as God.
Function
Blast keeps a post here as one of his duties. Were he ever absent from it, the Divine Beasts would tear open dimensional gateways toward Earth and pour through to invade the planet. His watch is effectively the barrier that pens them in.

Blast and Empty Void both operate within this realm, alongside the Divine Beasts that call it home. When Blast stepped away from his station during the ninja conflict, a tear split open on Earth and let Byakko and Genbu through; the two beasts leveled surrounding city blocks before Empty Void and Blast destroyed them and returned them here.
