This technique welds two distinct fighting arts, Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist and Whirlwind Iron Cutting Fist, into one combined assault. Genos once dubbed it the ultimate technique after witnessing it firsthand. It carries a longer full name, Whirlwind Water Stream: Roaring Aura Sky Ripping Fist, and is regarded as one of the most powerful attacks in the veteran masters' arsenal, though its author has still placed it below the related Cross Fang Dragon Slayer Fist.

Pulling it off normally takes two people. Bang and Bomb plant themselves side by side in firm stances, each unleashing his own art at the very same instant so both strikes land together. The payoff is a surge of shockwaves that races through the target's body and inflicts ruinous internal harm, forceful enough to grind nearby rubble into fine powder. The pair used it to drive back a charging Elder Centipede and crack the giant's tough shell, though the toll on their aging bodies limits them to a single use per battle. Garou later reproduced the move on his own, channeling one master's style through each hand; Bomb warned that a clean hit would break Bang's bones, and even a grazing blow proved enough to finish him.

Bang and Bomb are the original practitioners, executing it as a coordinated duo. Garou stands apart as the only fighter able to manage it single-handedly, first during his monsterized clash with Bang and later, still capable of it after returning to human form, against the Dragon-level Hellmon.
