A convict held in Smelly Lid Prison, Special Moves Mile boasts of being the sole man ever to knock over a bank with nothing but his bare hands and his kenpo. His swagger outstrips his power, and he likely died as a monster crushed amid Puri-Puri Prisoner's rampage.
Mile was a heavily built man whose dark hair was combed straight back. Rather than wear his prison-issue shirt, he knotted it around his shoulders, and spiked leather bracelets ringed his wrists.
Brimming with confidence in his own skill, Mile thought nothing of picking a fight with Sonic. Puri-Puri Prisoner was another matter entirely; that man genuinely frightened him, and Mile even apologized to his fellow inmates for having disturbed the boss's sleep.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
By his own account Mile mastered kenpo and pulled off a solo, weaponless bank robbery, a feat that landed him straight in the high-security facility without the usual stint in an ordinary prison first. When Nyan tore into Smelly Lid Prison hunting Puri-Puri Prisoner, Mile and the others questioned the creature's motive before accepting the monster cells it offered, transforming and breaking out.
During the ensuing raid, after Puri-Puri Prisoner slew Baquma, the converted inmates rounded on him as the true monster, yet none could overpower him. Nyan's surprise slash across the hero's chest triggered his Angel Bristle Armor, and as he chased Nyan through a wall, the collapsing rubble buried Mile along with the rest of the transformed prisoners. In the Prison omake he steps up first when Sonic challenges the inmates, warning the ninja about his abilities only to be effortlessly subdued, his screams rousing the very boss he feared.
Mile ranked high in the inmate pecking order, his grip strong enough to hollow out a bottle with his fingertips and force open a huge safe, though against someone like Sonic his kenpo counted for little.

When Nyan attacks the prison hunting Puri-Puri Prisoner, Special Moves Mile and the other inmates accept monster cells and transform to break out. He is likely killed when rubble from a collapsing wall buries the transformed prisoners.
