The bowler hat perched on his head sets him apart from the pack, worn above hair of middling length. Beneath it he shares the brotherhood's frame, a heavily muscled build wrapped in a tank top, his pale one crossed by dark stripes.

The series reveals almost nothing about how he carries himself.

The bowler hat traces back to an oracle who told him it would bring good fortune, and he has treated it as a charm ever since. He signed on with the Hero Association at some point before the Hero Hunter crisis. Marching with the army to corner Garou, he watches the human monster flatten Tanktop Vegetarian and then Tanktop Master, and the collective charge that follows ends with the whole squad hospitalized. He later trades blows with the creatures overrunning the hospital, then joins the group inspired by Tanktop Doctor's account of the leader's message and heads for Z-City. There he hauls survivors from the rubble and takes part in the mob against a spent Garou, which Zombieman and King break up. During a gym session he is present when Sweet Mask's monstrous side comes to light mid-interview. When a massive machine later descends on headquarters, he and the others try to knock out its drones, backing off only after learning Metal Knight meant it to rebuild A-City. His fighting leans on close-range, bare-fisted combat, the shared style of every tanktop.
