Appearance

Torao is a small boy whose short black hair is swept to the left. For a long stretch he was stuck in the loud, tasteless outfits his father put together for him, but he eventually switched over to plainer, simpler clothing of his own choosing.

Personality

The ridiculous getups forced on him by his father made Torao an easy target, and he endured a great deal of bullying because of them. Meeting Saitama changed that, giving him the confidence to push back against his father and start wearing whatever he genuinely liked.

History

Torao is found weeping outside the arena hosting the hero costume contest, stripped down to his underwear after bullies made off with his clothes. When Saitama and Genos ask what happened, he explains the theft, and Saitama simply hands over his own outfit and tells the boy to head home. Once the contest wraps up, Torao seeks Saitama out to return the borrowed hero costume and thank him. He then confronts his father at the stadium, telling him bluntly that the outfits he made are awful and that from now on he will dress as he likes.
