Blizzard Group

Known in Japanese as Fubuki-gumi and localized by Viz as the Blizzard Bunch, this B-Class faction answers to Fubuki. With upwards of thirty-five members, it is one of the biggest crews in the Hero Association and carries real weight throughout the B-Class ranks.

The group succeeds by overwhelming foes with numbers and then splitting the resulting bounties and credit among everyone involved, sticking to modest but steady jobs to protect their standing. Uniform dress reinforces the corporate image: the men wear black suits with white shirts, ties, low-heeled shoes, and white socks, while the women skip the socks and ties for mid-heel shoes, and each member picks a personal melee weapon such as a club, nunchaku, or gauntlets.

Much of the faction's story revolves around chasing Saitama. Fubuki first led Eyelashes and Mountain Ape into the Z-City ghost town to press him into joining, only for him to shrug off her psychic assault and swat her subordinates aside. After learning his true power, the group grew determined to enlist him at any cost and even counted him as a member without his knowledge.

Their gravest test came against Do-S, whose whip turned nearly the entire group into mind-controlled attackers. Fubuki refused to harm her own people, endured repeated lashes, and only feigned submission before unleashing her Hell Storm once Do-S threatened to use her as bait for Tatsumaki. That fight left every member hospitalized, hardening Fubuki's grudge against the Monster Association and prompting her to lean on a so-called New Blizzard Group of powerhouses including Saitama, Genos, King, Bang, and Bomb. The faction later served under the Saitama Group after losing a contest to them, and Fubuki eventually disbanded it under Tatsumaki's pressure, though loyal members chose to stay on.

Fubuki leads the group, with Eyelashes, Lily, Mountain Ape, and Piko among its active members. Former affiliates include Glasses and Overgrown Rover, who left, and Needle Star, who was dismissed. Composed of B-Class heroes across various ranks, the faction is reasonably strong, and Fubuki taught them the psychic art of Psychic Binding, meant to suppress a rival esper's power, though their attempt to use it on Tatsumaki failed badly.
