Chapter 114: Strong Enemy

Gyoro Gyoro tries to bury Tatsumaki inside a tightened ball of stone, yet she slips loose without strain. A single thrown rock rips through the adviser's shield and shatters its arm, forcing it to expose its genuine body as a host of eyes open across its surface. It answers with a Super Gravitational Wave that multiplies the local gravity three hundredfold, but the crushing weight means nothing to Tatsumaki, who tears the form to pieces.

Playing dead, Gyoro Gyoro hopes to fool her, only for Tatsumaki to see straight through the ruse and vow to pull out whatever truly controls it. Grasping how badly it erred in facing her, the adviser calls to Orochi for backup and gets only silence. With every other choice gone, it falls to bargaining.

Far below, Saitama stares down into an immense shaft cut into the Monster Association's base. Orochi hauls itself upward to meet him, and the two come face to face. Saitama simply wants to know why monsters have taken up residence under his home, while Orochi sizes him up as a serious danger.

Tatsumaki escapes Gyoro Gyoro's rock sphere and cripples its arm, driving the adviser to reveal its many-eyed true form. Its gravity attack fails and its body is destroyed, after which its feigned death and plea to Orochi both come to nothing, leaving it to negotiate. Orochi climbs from the pit to confront Saitama, recognizing him as a threat.

It belongs to Volume 24 within the Monster Association Arc, draws on webcomic Chapter 62, and adapts into Episode 36. The same content appeared earlier as the online Chapter 107.
