Drive Knight opens with Tactical Transformation: Chariot and lunges at Nyan, circling him and venting a knockout gas to try to freeze him. He rams the cadre on his bike, but Nyan darts into a fissure in the ground; a caustic solvent poured after him forces the monster back to the surface. A volley of missiles misses easily, and when Nyan attacks head-on, Drive Knight shifts to Knight to boot him skyward, rides Flying Chariot above him, then drops as Bishop to hammer him into the earth. Nyan retaliates by slipping inside the hero's suit and shredding it with Feline Retribution, and the two break apart.

Switching to Gold, Drive Knight shrugs off Nyan's flying slashes thanks to the reinforced armor. After a short exchange, Nyan again worms his way into the hero's body and strikes from angles no one could predict. Just as the cadre readies Feline Retribution from within, Drive Knight spikes his internal temperature to a searing level and ejects the monster. Locking Nyan in a chokehold, he uses Silver to run him through the torso from behind, then sets the cadre ablaze.

Drive Knight cycles through Chariot, Knight, Flying Chariot, Bishop, Gold, and Silver against Nyan, employing anesthetic gas, solvent, and missiles. Nyan invades the hero's suit and body twice with Feline Retribution. Drive Knight overheats to force him out, impales him, and finally immolates him.

This chapter is part of the Monster Association Arc and has no webcomic basis. It runs 27 pages and was released on October 5, 2019. Its cover character is Saitama.
