The psychic duel between Tatsumaki and Apollo unleashes an earthquake that rattles the Hero Association Headquarters, alarming the wealthy residents above and the staff who realize something is wrong underground. Sensing he is outmatched, the male esper seizes Fubuki by telekinetically rupturing a sleep-drug capsule that a planted spy had mixed into her beauty supplements. She is drugged but resists in part, and he warns Tatsumaki that a lethal poison pill also sits inside her sister, forcing the heroine to submit and be pinned by his power.

Apollo unseals the cage of Demon-level Mysterious Beings on the floor below, hoping the monsters will silence every witness to the abduction of Psykos, Fubuki, and Tatsumaki. As the creatures close in and Apollo prepares to slip away with his spy, a fake Blizzard Group member, Saitama bursts up through the floor drenched in monster gore. The distraction lets Tatsumaki break loose. Apollo tries to trigger the poison pill, but she has already located and defused it by mimicking the wavelength of his telekinetic signals, twisting the capsule and its contents into a needle.

Tatsumaki draws the needle from Fubuki and drives it at Apollo's face, poisoning him severely, then encases him in a boulder-sized ball of rubble to wring information about Tsukuyomi from him. The fleeing spy is slammed into a wall and knocked out. With the Tsukuyomi operatives beaten, the Blizzard Group hurries to Fubuki in concern, only for Tatsumaki to snarl for silence and berate them, blaming the group and Fubuki alike for the danger. She resolves to punish them into severing ties with her sister, but just as she moves to act, Saitama steps in to stop her.

Running as the 177th chapter of the Psychic Sisters Arc, this installment is titled Chōjō to Risuku and translated by Viz as Paranormal Phenomena and Risk. It partly adapts webcomic chapters 98, 99, and 100, and its cover features Fubuki, Saitama, and Genos.
