Butterfly DX punctures that theory, explaining he was simply clipped from behind by a car, and Chain'n'toad suggests he stop wearing headphones while fighting. The two visitors head off, leaving Forte to recover.

Elsewhere, Saitama's decision to keep Tatsumaki from disciplining the Blizzard Group has left her seething. She tries to fling him aside with her telekinesis, yet the Caped Baldy simply holds his ground, a resistance that catches the S-Class esper off guard. Tatsumaki places him as the man who was traveling with Genos, while Saitama tells Fubuki to lead the rest of the group somewhere safe. Fubuki obeys without hesitation, which prompts the older sister to press about what ties the two of them together. He directs Fubuki to move the others clear, then grabs Tatsumaki and rockets into the sky to relocate their fight. The destruction frees Tongue Stretcher, Beer Bellee, and Man-Eating Capybara, who flee upon meeting a group of heroes.

This online release is the 178th chapter of the One-Punch Man manga, set in the Psychic Sisters Arc, and it partially draws on webcomic Chapter 102. Fubuki appears on the cover. Its events were later rearranged for the volume edition, where the same material surfaces as Chapter 183 under the identical title.
