A family makes its way toward a new residence at the Hero Association headquarters, a purchase saddled with a thirty-five year loan. The young son can hardly wait to collect autographs from the heroes he admires once they arrive. Nearby, Saitama and Tatsumaki touch down, the esper fuming that he still refuses to release her. She whirls him at blistering speed and drives him into the earth, but his grip refuses to break. Rattled, Tatsumaki accuses him of being smitten with her, and Saitama flatly replies that he only wants to stop her from flying off to wreck more houses before he lets go. Grudgingly conceding that his strength is respectable, she ramps up her power and spins a towering tornado.

Within the association, the Tsukuyomi operative, now identified as Apollo, tunnels out from underground after breaking free of the stone Tatsumaki had trapped him in. He and his partner make their exit by car, and Apollo swears he will get even with Tatsumaki before speeding away.

The duel resumes as Tatsumaki launches a barrage of boulders that Saitama swats aside without effort. The fight grows reckless, and stray debris nearly crushes the arriving family. Each combatant ends up having to rescue the bystanders from rubble sent flying by the other's carelessness. Tatsumaki finally hurries the family off in their car while the two keep trading barbs. As the fight escalates, she mocks Saitama for doing nothing but defend and insists he is unfit to be anywhere near her sister, all while an increasingly weary Saitama just wants to head home.

A family arrives to move into Hero Association housing as Saitama and Tatsumaki land nearby. Tatsumaki fails to shake Saitama's grip and conjures a massive tornado. Apollo, the Tsukuyomi agent, escapes his stone prison and flees by car, swearing revenge on Tatsumaki. During the ongoing brawl, both fighters are forced to protect the endangered family from each other's stray attacks, and Tatsumaki continues belittling Saitama's defensive stance.

This online release is the 179th chapter of the One-Punch Man manga, part of the Psychic Sisters Arc, and it adapts webcomic Chapter 103. Tatsumaki is the cover character. The chapter names the Tsukuyomi agent as Apollo. The getaway car he uses is drawn to resemble a 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray.
