Chapter 181 (Online): Scalp Friction

Sweet Mask watches Saitama go smashing through a row of buildings. Realizing they have strayed far from where they started, Saitama proposes to Tatsumaki that they turn back. She appears to agree, then seizes him and hauls him toward the Hero Association headquarters while dragging his head along the ground the entire way. Speed-o'-Sound Sonic soon gives chase and hurls four self-guiding explosive shuriken at Saitama. Tatsumaki casually flicks them back at the ninja, and while he scrambles to evade his own weapons, he overlooks a dog relieving itself on the ground nearby. Sonic slips in the mess, loses his footing, and curses Saitama just before his returning shuriken catch up and blast him.

Once back at the starting point, Saitama wrenches himself free of Tatsumaki's hold and tells her she is welcome to keep wrecking the area. Irritated that he looks down on her, Tatsumaki clarifies that she has only been testing him and warns that he would not survive her full power. Unbothered, Saitama tells her to go ahead and cut loose, which throws her off.

Inside the headquarters, many disgruntled members of the Blizzard Group walk out after Fubuki announces its disbanding. Eyelashes rallies the handful of members who remain loyal and sets off to find her. Outside, Fubuki looks on as Tatsumaki's rising power spawns tornadoes that lay waste to the surroundings. King, meanwhile, cowers at the entrance of Saitama's apartment amid the chaos. Saitama drops in and tells him he is too tied up with Tatsumaki to hang out right now. As she resumes her assault, King catches a glimpse of Tatsumaki's underwear, and the two fighters carry on.

Tatsumaki drags Saitama back toward headquarters by his head. Sonic tries to attack, has his homing shuriken redirected, slips on dog excrement, and is hit by his own weapons. Saitama frees himself and dares Tatsumaki to go all out, unsettling her. The Blizzard Group fragments as members quit over Fubuki's disbanding, with Eyelashes leading the loyal few to search for her. King briefly encounters Saitama amid the destruction.

This online release is the 181st chapter of the One-Punch Man manga, part of the Psychic Sisters Arc, and it adapts webcomic Chapter 104. Speed-o'-Sound Sonic is the cover character. The chapter leans into comedy, from Sonic's slapstick defeat to King's panicked cameo, while Tatsumaki admits her rampage has been a test of Saitama's limits.
