Chapter 183: Do it Outside!

Waking in the Hero Association headquarters infirmary from the harm dealt by Evil Natural Water, Air notices Forte laid up in the neighboring bed. Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX have come to look in on Forte, who is convinced Saitama used some form of psychic power against him during their fight. Butterfly DX sets him straight, revealing that a car struck him from behind, and Chain'n'toad recommends he leave the headphones off during battles. Once the two depart, Forte settles in to recuperate.

Not far off, Saitama has already blocked Tatsumaki from disciplining the Blizzard Group, which leaves her incensed. She attempts to hurl him away with her telekinesis, yet the Caped Baldy withstands the force, astonishing the S-Class esper. Recognizing him as Genos's companion, Tatsumaki watches Saitama instruct Fubuki to guide the others to safety. Fubuki complies at once, and the elder sister demands to know what connects them. Saitama dismisses it, saying they are only acquaintances, prompting Tatsumaki to declare she will soon judge whether he is fit to linger around Fubuki. When the space around them warps under her power, Saitama clamps down on her and, with one forceful leap, propels the pair high into the sky.

The wreckage from Tatsumaki's outburst breaks open the cells holding Tongue Stretcher, Beer Bellee, and Man-Eating Capybara. The three Mysterious Beings escape, run headlong into a sizable group of heroes, and immediately turn and flee.

Air awakens beside Forte, who learns his defeat came from a passing car rather than any psychic attack. Saitama withstands Tatsumaki's telekinetic attempt to throw him after stopping her from punishing the Blizzard Group. He tells Fubuki to move the others to safety, then grabs Tatsumaki and launches skyward to shift the fight elsewhere. The destruction frees Tongue Stretcher, Beer Bellee, and Man-Eating Capybara, who flee on encountering a group of heroes.

This is the 183rd chapter of the One-Punch Man manga, collected in Volume 36 during the Psychic Sisters Arc, and it partially draws on webcomic Chapter 102. Fubuki is the cover character. The volume edition presents the same material that first ran as the online Chapter 178 under the identical title, a result of the resequencing between the two formats.
