Summary

The Neo Heroes begin sending members out to handle monster incidents breaking out across a range of cities. The response catches the public off guard, since the aid arrives from an unfamiliar quarter, an organization that has sprung up separate from the Hero Association. Suiryu and his Neo Heroes squad travel toward their objective of capturing Garou, while Wavygyaza and her group push the Neo Heroes and their webzine across a variety of media platforms. On an expressway, a Demon-level Mysterious Being called Explosive Velocity Snail surfaces and tears along its route, wrecking numerous vehicles and setting off explosions in its wake. Accel orders his subordinates, the Neo Hunters, to ready themselves for the fight, promising to steer the monster straight to them before he moves in to engage it himself.
