Sneck dispatches Benpatsu without much trouble. Meanwhile Genos tears through monster after monster across C-City and checks in with the local Hero Association branch, which reports seven monsters and their positions in the city. In the ring, Volten cruises to a win over Bazuzu.

Genos keeps clearing targets as the bracket advances, with Gatlin overcoming Hamukichi, Dave besting Rosie, Choze downing Mentai, and Sour Face beating Jakumen. Genos reaches Face Ripper just before the monster can kill a civilian. Face Ripper carves away portions of the cyborg's arm, but Genos catches it off guard and delivers a killing strike. Following the Hero Association's directions to the last monster in C-City, he arrives at an alley to find Awakened Cockroach standing over several defeated heroes. Back at the stadium, Saitama gets ready to face Bakuzan.

Sneck beats Benpatsu, and the tournament round advances through several bouts. Genos clears monsters across C-City and kills the newly appearing Face Ripper after taking damage to his arm. Directed to the final target, Genos finds Awakened Cockroach and a group of beaten heroes in an alley, while Saitama prepares to fight Bakuzan.

Sneck and Benpatsu share the online cover. A volume bonus page gives a name to the C-Class hero Shoulderpads. Face Ripper both debuts and dies in this chapter, which belongs to Volume 12 within the Monster Raid Arc and was adapted as part of Episode 18.
