A swordmasters' council over the Garou threat turns deadly when one member reveals he has already sided with the Monster Association, while elsewhere the Super Fight narrows down to its final showdown between Saitama and Suiryu.
Iaian, Okamaitachi, and Bushidrill wait outside, trading thoughts on Garou's hero hunt while their teacher Atomic Samurai sits in on a gathering of the Council of Swordmasters. Inside, Atomic Samurai asks the council to help hunt down and kill Garou, fearing that Bang alone might fall in the attempt. The members agree, all except Haragiri, who ridicules the request. Haragiri then produces a batch of Monster Cells, admits the Monster Association handed them to him, and transforms into a Mysterious Being on the spot. He orders the rest to swallow the cells or be killed, but Atomic Samurai cuts him down before he can follow through.
Operating through his robot, Bofoi presses Orochi and Gyoro Gyoro about what they truly want. They explain that wanton destruction is simply part of a monster's nature and not the goal they are chasing. Meanwhile, the Super Fight nears its conclusion as Saitama and Suiryu each dispatch their remaining opponents and set up the final bout against each other.
Atomic Samurai petitions the Council of Swordmasters for aid against Garou. Haragiri exposes himself as a Monster Association agent, transforms, and is killed by Atomic Samurai. Bofoi questions Orochi and Gyoro Gyoro about their aims. Saitama and Suiryu both win their matches and advance to the tournament final.
