Disqualified over his wig, Saitama shrugs off Suiryu's fiercest assault and accidentally ends the match, but the tournament's closing ceremony is hijacked when Gouketsu appears and announces that every fighter present is about to be turned into a monster.
Saitama is thrown out of the tournament once the judges spot his wig, and Suiryu is named the winner. Refusing to stop, Suiryu splits the ring apart and hurls barrage after barrage at Saitama, all of which leave him completely unmoved. Saitama decides that martial arts amounts to little more than moving in a stylish way. While attempting to copy one of Suiryu's own moves, he inadvertently sends Suiryu flying clean out of the arena, then bolts before anyone can pin the blame on him. The closing ceremony gets underway, only to be cut short by an incursion of monsters. The Three Crows haul the injured contestants who were meant to be taken to the hospital back into the ring. Benpatsu tries to slip away but is intercepted by Gouketsu, who tells the gathered fighters that they are all going to be turned into monsters.
Saitama is disqualified for the wig and Suiryu is declared champion. Suiryu keeps attacking and is accidentally launched from the ring by Saitama, who then flees. Monsters crash the closing ceremony, the Three Crows return the wounded fighters, and Gouketsu declares that everyone present will become monsters.
