Nobuhiko Okamoto is a Japanese voice actor who gives voice to student council president Kakeru Sengoku in CloverWorks' Horimiya anime. He has built a long career playing lead and supporting roles across a wide range of anime series.
In Horimiya, Okamoto voices Kakeru Sengoku, the sharp, top-ranked student council president at Katagiri Senior High and a childhood friend of Kyoko Hori. Underneath the confident, high achieving exterior, Sengoku is easily flustered, and Okamoto brings out that nervous, self-deprecating side whenever the character is teased by his friends or spooked by anything resembling a bug or a ghost story. The role lets him shift between composed authority and flustered comic panic within a single scene, a contrast that became one of the show's running gags.
Okamoto has voiced anime since 2006 and works under the talent agency Raccoon Dog. His breakout role was Accelerator in the A Certain Magical Index franchise, and later credits include Katsuki Bakugo in My Hero Academia and Genya Shinazugawa in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He won Best New Rookie honors at the third Seiyu Awards and later took the Best Supporting Actor prize at the fifth ceremony of the same awards.

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
