Muto takes open pride in how easily he can end a life, and to drive the point home he coldly cuts down one of his own associates. His ambition runs high, and he flatly announces his plan to unseat Asaki as the next head of the JAA.
History
That bravado collapses when Haruma, one of Uzuki's followers, sweeps into the room and knocks out both of Muto's bodyguards with a single shot put ball. Shaken by the display, Muto agrees at once to follow Haruma and meet with Uzuki, offering no resistance whatsoever.
