Shino Yotsumura is the deceased wife of the Order assassin Satoru Yotsumura and the mother of Amane. Warm and doting on the surface, she was in truth a professional killer planted at her husband's side, a long con that ended with her using their own son as leverage against him.
Shino is a slender, pale-skinned woman whose long black hair falls past her shoulders. Her wardrobe runs to simple, understated dresses.
To her family she comes across as devoted and affectionate, if impulsive enough to be openly curt with a guest like Shishiba so he would not linger; asked about the sharp manner, she brushes it off as simply how she has always been. That gentleness masks a colder truth. Shino was a hardened operative who committed fully to her assignment, willing to marry the target and raise his child to see it through, and when the moment came she held their son over Yotsumura's head to force his compliance.
Shino worked as a seasoned assassin and appeared to hang up the trade once she wed Yotsumura, settling into the role of wife and mother. In reality the marriage itself was the mission, orchestrated on behalf of the people she served. When she finally moved against her husband, declaring her purpose fulfilled, he cut her down despite the love he still held for her. Their son Amane, kept in the dark about her treachery, grows up bent on avenging her.
