Momoko Kimura

In her day-to-day life she is simply a Juban Public Middle School student, sharing a classroom with Usagi Tsukino. Her more memorable look comes from the costumed alias she adopts, dressing up as the masked figure Sailor M when she and her friends decide to play at being crimefighters.

She is a starry-eyed admirer of Sailor V, enough so that she and her fellow fans stitch together their own vigilante group in tribute. That same playful streak shows up later in small moments, such as ribbing Usagi about the supposedly cursed grounds of the Hikawa Shrine. Underneath the theatrics she remains a normal, well-meaning teenager.

Early on, calling herself Sailor M, she joins Sailor N, Sailor K, and Sailor Rabbit in an attempt to stop a robbery at the OSA-P jewelry shop, though the amateur squad cannot pull it off. The three girls declare themselves allies of Sailor V despite being nothing more than students, and they end up captured for their trouble. Once Cutie Kenko slips away with Sailor Rabbit, they take the story to the police and help bring about the arrest. Afterward they meet Usagi and drift back into ordinary routines, with Momoko and Kanami turning up now and then in the background of later scenes.
