A Droid serving the Black Moon Clan, Udering is dispatched by Esmeraude during Sailor Moon R to pump dark energy into a vulnerable pocket of Tokyo. Working out of a bracelet shop, she taints handmade love bracelets in a plot to corrupt the whole city.
No physical description survives for this Droid, but her identity is bound up in rings. The name Udering blends ude, the Japanese word for arm, with ringu, meaning ring, an apt tag given that rings drive everything she does. In the DiC English dub she was renamed Regalia. One odd detail: the hateful rings she wields are a dead ringer for the Olympic rings with the color stripped away.
Udering fights by flinging energy rings at her targets. Each ring inflicts a psychological wound: it can force a victim to relive their worst nightmares, set allies at each other's throats, sink a person into crushing loneliness, or breed hatred between close friends.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The soft target Esmeraude picked was a shop where customers crafted love bracelets. Posing as the shop's instructor, Udering laces each bracelet with dark energy, meaning anyone who wears one becomes tainted, a creeping contamination designed to eventually flood the whole city. The plan comes undone when Chibiusa Tsukino slips Usagi's love bracelet onto her wrist and Usagi catches on, prompting the group to become the Sailor Guardians and confront the Droid. Each attempt Udering makes to loose a cursed ring at Sailor Moon collapses as Tuxedo Mask and her fellow guardians sweep in to shield her. In the end, Moon Princess Halation from Sailor Moon puts Udering down for good.
