For Love and for Justice: Sailor Guardians Once Again

Ami, Rei, Makoto, and Minako cross paths at auditions for a film role, each sensing they have met before without quite remembering. When Ail and An unleash their Cardian monster on the gathered candidates, Luna is forced to restore the girls' lost recollections, letting them transform and rejoin Sailor Moon against the new enemy.

Usagi meets Mamoru on the street only to find his memory of their shared past has not returned as hers has. At home, Luna proposes waking the other guardians, but Usagi, sulking over Mamoru and confident she can guard the world alone, tells her not to. Meanwhile Ail and An, low on energy for their Doom Tree, pick the Cardian Minotauron and target a group of girls whose photos are under review for casting, Naru among them.

At the television station the four future guardians converge, and when Ail lures them onto a stage, An summons Minotauron. The girls scatter as Naru collapses. Usagi transforms into Sailor Moon at Luna's urging but reaches for the Moon Stick she lost in the battle with Queen Beryl, leaving her defenseless as the monster drains her between its horns. Luna finally fires a beam at the four girls' foreheads, their planetary symbols flare, and their memories flood back. Transforming with their pens, Sailor Mercury and Jupiter attack first, then Mars and Venus, and together they destroy Minotauron as Ail and An fade away vowing revenge.

The reunited team gathers afterward at Hikawa Shrine, noting the canceled drama and their return as Sailor Senshi, with Usagi resolving to recover Mamoru's memories next. The episode carries a callback to the actress Mikan Shiratori from an earlier installment, whose energy An steals here. A flashback also gives the Moon Stick a final appearance drawn from the first season's finale.
