Dump

Eight retractable steel spikes lie tucked beneath Dump's skin, ready to shoot free on command. Slender and standing quite tall, she may carry Latin American roots, and above wide black eyes sits white hair cropped into an ear-length bob. Navy ink marks her twice, an eight-pointed star at the throat plus the word Order lettered across her chest, while red lipstick and pointed blue nails round out the look. Her day-to-day outfit runs to a low-cut white polo, purple slacks, crimson heels, and flat black earrings. As a toddler she went mostly barefoot with slicked pigtailed hair, and by her teens she already mirrored her grown self apart from a long black tee.

A hunger to find love rules Dump, yet she believes a person looks most adorable right as death arrives, a pairing that left her murderous and utterly alone. Hypocrisy runs through her as well, since she waves off Osaragi's judgment by pointing out that Osaragi kills too, and looks preoccupy her, whether she offers a target a makeover or writes off an assigned roster as ugly. Deepest of all was her delusion: she genuinely held that the courts had doomed her merely for being in love, blind to the pile of victims behind her.

Across Southeast Asia she had claimed 180 lives before the police there arrested her, and the charges that carried her execution covered illegal body disposal, armed robbery, and murder alike. Her love fixation reached back to her earliest years, warped enough that she killed her own pet cat, and it only worsened through adolescence, at which point surgeons embedded the mechanical spikes within her. Together with Minimalist, Apart, and Saw she faked her own death and reached Japan by Slur's hand, then waited at a mall eatery for Kashima to distribute targets. She tore through an assassin agency with ease, cooing over who struck her as cute or ugly while she skewered them, then trailed Osaragi and Shishiba to a Buddhist shrine.

Her ambush during Osaragi's prayer met a blocking coin, and the duel swung wholly against her: Osaragi weathered the spike flurry, drove a statue head into her chest, and hurled her through a row of torii gates. Pierced clean through the hand yet undaunted, Osaragi pressed on. As Dump wept that she wished only to be loved, Osaragi answered that killers like her gave a reason to keep living, and told her she loved her; moved and calling Osaragi lovely, Dump gave thanks just before the buzzsaw split her torso. Among her fellow murderers she owned the third-largest kill tally, and though never schooled as a proper assassin she felled low-tier JAA fighters and briefly stood against the far mightier Osaragi. Her strength flung Osaragi backward and heaved a heavy briefcase across the grounds, her speed forced her foe onto the defensive, and her prized weapons were those extendable spikes, two per hand and six through the torso, which she lengthened and steered at will for a reach spanning close to distant until Osaragi's saw broke them apart.
