Lee Yeongho was a B-Rank hunter who held the post of 2nd Management Division Chief in the Black Tortoise Guild during Solo Leveling: Ragnarok. His obsession with recruiting Sung Suho curdled into a deadly vendetta that cost him his life.
The source gives only a single measure of Yeongho's build, noting that he stood roughly a hand's height above Suho.
Yeongho reads as a shrewd opportunist with an eye for influence, the sort who thinks in long arcs and aims to plant his guild at the head of the competitive hunter scene. Self-assured to the point of overbearing, he stays courteous toward those above him in status yet never lets manners slow his agenda, smiling all the while as he nudges any conversation toward his goals. Beneath that polished surface, though, sits a ruthless ego prone to eruption. Shamed by Jinho over his role in hounding Suho, he refuses to back down or own the mistake, instead spiraling into wounded pride and a thirst for revenge that leads him to abandon diplomacy for murder. That turn exposes a man who prizes power and reputation above any moral line and will cross every boundary the moment his ambitions feel threatened.
Word of the university incident and of Sung Suho's recent E-Rank awakening reached the Black Tortoise Guild, sparking Yeongho's interest in signing the rookie on as a porter. Suho's refusal left him baffled, and he wondered whether the White Tiger Guild had gotten there first. Once Suho was reassessed as a C-Rank, Yeongho tracked down his address, stationed subordinates nearby, and even supplied drones to keep watch over the young hunter's home.
Visiting Ahjin Soft to court CEO Yoo Jinho for a confidential game project, Yeongho pushed hard for his guild only to be blindsided by Suho's arrival and the revelation that the CEO was Suho's uncle. His pitch unraveled when Suho exposed the drone surveillance, enraging Jinho, who blacklisted the Black Tortoise Guild from the project and ordered Yeongho out. Humiliated and stripped of his prize, Yeongho turned to vengeance, plotting to kill Suho inside a dungeon where slaying another hunter would not count as a crime. He traced Suho to the Pyeongtaek Dungeon through a predictive app and surrounded the Gate with his men, but Suho's team calmly sidestepped his provocations and entered anyway.
Furious at being ignored, Yeongho pressured an official into granting passage and pursued Suho with nine subordinates, even loosing an arrow that Kwei deflected. Before the confrontation could ignite, demons spilled out of the dungeon and forced a three-way battle. Realizing the dungeon ranked far higher than expected, Yeongho rallied his men against a mid-level boss demon but badly underestimated it, and he and his hunters were wiped out. Beru later recovered their bodies to confirm the deaths. Guild Master Hyeonmoo Gang apologized to Jinho in person, and the fallout saw heavy reparations imposed, including ten dungeons handed over to the Woojin Guild.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
