Appearance

Towering scale is the first thing one notices about Shika, who stands wrapped in dark, jagged armor flecked with fiery orange and gold. Burning red eyes glare from a monstrous face, above which jut sharp silver spikes of hair and a set of horn-like growths. Black-and-gold plates cover his frame to sharpen his menace, spikes rising off his broad shoulders while dense, reinforced guards encase both arms and legs.

History

Within the Pyramid Field, Shika held the dual role of warden and dungeon boss. Sung Suho came seeking to free and recruit the imprisoned Ammut, and to do so he descended into the depths of the tomb and took Shika on. The duel tilted Suho's way once Esil Radiru joined him, the two channeling their bond skill to bring the warden low. With Shika beaten, Suho raised him into a shadow, gaining the mightiest soldier he had claimed up to that point.

Abilities

Suho reckoned Shika carried power of at least A-Rank, and the warden made a real fight of it with his sand mastery before the bond skill ended him. Through Enhanced Strength he batted aside a thrown dagger with a casual slap, and once turned into a shadow he could become a gauntlet weapon channeling Suho's bond skill, landing a blow that cracked the jaw clean off a Tiel-possessed Lee Minsung who carried an S-Rank Hunter's might. With Sand Magic he summoned an orb of sand to his palm and shaped the grains into varied attacks, pressing even Suho during their clash.
