The sixth Solo Leveling episode pits Jinwoo against a C-Rank spider boss he was meant to die to, then against the treacherous hunters who trapped him. A System order to kill the human attackers forces him to cross a line he cannot uncross.
Hwang Dongsuk and his crew of lizards retreat through the upper tunnels, expecting the Giant Arachnid Buryura to finish off Jinwoo and Jinho while they later slip back to scoop up roughly a billion won in mana crystals. They scheme to loot Jinho's costly gear and even rehearse fake sympathy for his father should the boy die, all while admitting none of them could beat the spider alone. Inside the lair, Jinho urges escape, since soloing a C-Rank boss should demand at least B-Rank power, but Jinwoo charges in regardless.
His dagger, Kasaka's Venom Fang, cannot crack the spider's shell, and his speed alone makes no headway. Watching the supposed E-rank move like that, Jinho suspects a false ranker, a killer who hides their true mana, and the thought terrifies him. Drained of stamina, Jinwoo is struck and nearly killed, but he claims a Full Recovery reward, leaps up, and drives the venom blade into the spider's eye, where its paralysis and drain effects bring the boss down and grant him several levels. Elsewhere, Chairman Go Gunhee spars with his deputy Woo Jinchul, easily flooring him and praising his persistence.
The lizards return and order Jinho to kill Jinwoo to save himself; when he refuses, Dongsuk commands his men to finish the weaker hunter. A System message then tasks Jinwoo with slaying the six murderous hunters, and the mage Kyuhwan blasts him into a wall mid-distraction. Deciding to turn the System to his own ends, Jinwoo rises and cuts the attackers down one by one, beheading the pleading Dongsuk last. The dungeon closes, both survivors escape, and as rain begins to fall, Jinwoo feels relief that he had handed his sister an umbrella that morning.
Jinwoo defeats the Giant Arachnid Buryura single-handedly, leading Yoo Jinho to realize his companion is far stronger than his E-rank claim. The System issues its starkest directive yet, ordering Jinwoo to kill the six hunters who betrayed him, and he carries it out, recognizing that he has become a killer of fellow humans even while obeying. Dongsuk's entire squad dies at his hands. In a parallel thread, Chairman Go spars with Woo Jinchul at the Hunters Guild, and the insert song DARK ARIA debuts during the confrontation.
Adapting chapters twenty-one through twenty-four, the episode was written by Norimitsu Kaiho and directed by Takashi Sakuma at A-1 Pictures. In the webtoon Jinwoo kills eight hunters rather than six, and the lizards there simply blast a path back into the chamber instead of waiting for the spider as they do here. A side scene introduces White Tiger Guild's Park Heejin meeting friends from the Hunters Guild over lunch, where talk turns to S-Rank Cha Hae-In and the suspicious fatality rates of certain strike teams. The Chairman Go and Woo Jinchul sparring sequence was added for the anime.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
Episode 6, The Real Hunt Begins, has Sung Jinwoo defeat the Giant Arachnid Buryura that the lizards left him to die against, then face the treacherous hunters themselves. A System order to kill the six murderous hunters forces him to cut them all down, beheading the pleading Dongsuk last.
