Overview

In the webtoon the daggers appear large and light orange, set with gray grips and edges that burn blood-red, one blade noticeably thicker than its partner. The slimmer dagger bears a black guard while the heftier one carries a golden guard. The novel pictures them quite differently, giving the blades an icy white tone instead.

Function

Wielding the pair raises attack power by 1500, placing them just behind Antares' Fangs among the world's mightiest magical weapons. They are also sensitive to mana, so their potency grows with the abilities of whoever holds them, and they even let the user reshape their weight at will. The novel shows Jinwoo making them as light as a feather. Their cutting power let him slay lesser Monarchs outright, and Thomas Andre conceded that even his Reinforcement skill, the finest defense in the world and tough enough to turn aside Rakan's claws, would have failed completely had these daggers been turned against him. Against Antares, however, they could not leave a scratch, since the King of Dragons once counted Kamish among his servants.

Notable Users

The fang came from Thomas Andre's clash with Kamish, where the dragon bit him with its largest tooth. He kept the fang as a trophy and had it shaped into daggers, though as no assassin-type hunter he left them gathering dust in the Scavenger Guild basement for eight years before handing them to Jinwoo in gratitude for sparing him and his guild. After the Cup of Reincarnation reset events, Jinwoo abandoned the daggers for a black, purple-glowing pair forged from his own power. Generations later his son Suho received Kamish's Wrath from the System, diminished by old battle damage, and restored its full strength with help from the dwarves in his shadow army.
