History
Not long past the 11th Ward Battle, Toujou draws a posting to the 8th Ward, brought in as backup for his senior Yanagi. Koharu Utsumi, a ghoul, soon lures him away and takes him captive after he mistakes her overture for a romantic dinner invite. Koutarou Amon frees him, and he manages to bring her down, though the fatal shot is really a stray burst of ukaku rounds fired because his quinque has already broken. Green as he is within the CCG, he never quite tames the long-range weapon he was fortunate to receive, and his aim strays more often than not.
