History
Moving through the CCG Main Office with the Hirako Squad, Nezu runs into Tooru Mutsuki and joins his colleagues in disparaging the Quinx Squad. When Haise Sasaki loses control of his powers, he helps his comrades subdue him and then holds position while the emergency is contained. He later takes part in the Auction Mopping-up Operation, crossing paths with the Clowns Uta and Roma Hoito. During the Rose extermination his squad links up with the Quinx to clear ghouls until they meet Noro; assigned to guard the rear alongside Ginshi Shirazu, he is killed at once when Noro's kagune tears straight through him and Umeno both.
