Summary
A look back reveals a past battle against the Owl that maimed and killed a great number of investigators. In its aftermath, Kishou Arima carved a path toward the creature using the quinque of fallen colleagues and dealt it a mortal wound, handing the Commission of Counter Ghoul its victory.
In the present, Yukinori Shinohara and Iwao Kuroiwa come upon the Owl in the corridors of building three.
