Thumbs Up is the 117th chapter of Tokyo Ghoul:re. A recovered Akira pushes Kaneki away, Amon and Touka share their fears at re:, and the CCG reshuffles its leadership as Furuta takes over as bureau chief under the name Kichimura Washuu.
Akira Mado stirs awake unsure of her surroundings and is met by an overjoyed Banjou, though she can only ask who he is. He fetches Kaneki, who comes to see her and tells her his feelings have not changed, yet she wants distance from him, holding him accountable for Kishou Arima's death. Take Hirako comforts Kaneki, calling her reaction and the weight she carries entirely natural. Kaneki relays what their informants Shuu and Chie have learned, with Shuu having asked Chie to launch a cyberattack on the CCG and Chie refusing for lack of resources and fear of leaving a trail. The word is that Akira has been struck from the CCG for breaching the Ghoul Countermeasure Laws and shielding Seidou, closing off any return to her old life. Kaneki still cares for her, and Take, noting her recovery will be slow, suggests Hinami Fueguchi might ease her adjustment, though Hinami, as her talk with Kaneki shows, still resents Akira's father for what he did to her parents.
Koutarou Amon turns up at re:, where Touka jokingly asks if he has come to arrest her, and he replies that he lacks his badge. Over coffee he confides to Touka Kirishima that he is afraid to face Akira, who long believed him dead and now must confront that he is no longer human. Touka admits she too wishes to speak with Akira but hesitates because of her hand in her father's death. Amon assures her he holds no grudge over Kureo Mado's death itself, only the circumstances that caused it, and Touka answers that in her place she would accept a person no matter how much they had changed.
Mado's revival lifts Goat's spirits, while the CCG undergoes a sweeping reshuffle. Mougan Tanakamaru takes command of the S1 Squad, Juuzou Suzuya leads the S3 Squad, Koori Ui becomes bureau chief advisor, and Kuki Urie heads the S2 Squad after a promotion to First Class Investigator. Above them all, Nimura Furuta, appearing in an absurd getup and now going by Kichimura Washuu, ascends to bureau chief of the CCG.
A recovered Akira rejects Kaneki over Arima's death and learns she has been expelled from the CCG, cutting off her return. Amon and Touka each confess their fear of facing her, exposing the guilt tying them together. The chapter closes on a major power shift, with Goat's morale rising and Furuta installing himself as CCG bureau chief under the name Kichimura Washuu while Urie and others gain new posts.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
