:re Chapter 24

Guiding the wounded Mutsuki, Urie admits that the near-identical corridors have left the two of them lost and proposes linking up with another team. Mutsuki quietly admires how swiftly Urie devises plans, still shaken by his own helplessness against the ghouls. Reasoning that the auction crowd must be sheltering below ground, Urie sets off to find the way down while Mutsuki's old wound reopens and bleeds.

At the entrance zone, Naki takes heavy fire from investigators and is left needing aid, drawing worry from Hinami Fueguchi as she watches Akira Mado's side gain the advantage. Deeper inside, Hina Tougi recognizes Seidou from a lecture he once delivered at the Academy. He recalls both her and Shougo Kukiyama, then beheads Hina while coldly telling her to pay closer attention in class.

Urie and Mutsuki succeed in pinpointing the underground hideout where Big Madam and the rest of the ghouls have gathered. Ordered to move toward the Administrative Building, Seidou then runs into Haise, Shirazu, and Saiko.

Urie deduces the ghouls are concealed underground and locates their refuge alongside Mutsuki. Mutsuki's earlier injury begins bleeding again. Naki is overwhelmed by investigators. Takizawa murders his former acquaintance Hina Tougi, and after being redirected to the Administrative Building he encounters Sasaki's squad.

Titled 撫気 in Japanese and read as Buke, the chapter appears in English as Rebuke. It fills eighteen pages of the third volume and was first published in issue 2015-19 on April 9, 2015.
