Goku and Krillin fly on the Nimbus (Krillin clinging to Goku since the cloud rejects him) searching for a girl to bring back to Master Roshi. In a western-style saloon, a gentle blue-haired woman sits quietly at the bar. A large cowboy is waiting for a notorious outlaw named Launch. The sweet girl sneezes, and her hair turns blonde. She is Launch: the very criminal the cowboy was hunting. In her aggressive state, she demolishes the saloon, robs a train, and flees from the police, tossing grenades at their cars.

Just as the police are about to arrest her, she sneezes again and reverts to her innocent, confused form. She has no idea what she has done or why the officers are grabbing her. Goku and Krillin arrive at that exact moment. Hearing her cries for help, Goku dispatches the two policemen with ease. The boys decide she is perfect for Master Roshi and bring her back to Kame House.

Roshi is delighted with their find. He convinces Launch, Goku, and Krillin to wear what he calls "training armor," which is actually lingerie, claiming it is the official uniform of the Turtle School. The innocent Launch complies without suspicion. Krillin, sensing something is off, suggests she change indoors. When Launch emerges wearing the outfit, she sneezes and transforms into her violent alter ego. She opens fire with a machine gun, sending Roshi, Goku, and Krillin diving for cover. Another sneeze returns her to normal, the knife she was holding mid-throw clattering to the ground harmlessly in front of a terrified Krillin.

Launch's saloon brawl and train robbery are the episode's action highlights. She clears an entire room of armed men, derails a locomotive, and outruns the police while laughing. The transition between her sweet and violent forms is jarring by design, and the moment she sneezes mid-chase and stares at the surrounding destruction in bewildered innocence is perfectly timed.

The lingerie gag works because of everyone's reactions: Roshi's gleeful scheming, Krillin's dawning suspicion, Goku's total obliviousness, and Launch's guileless compliance. When she sneezes into her aggressive state while wearing the outfit, the comedy shifts instantly to chaos, proving that living with Launch will be an unpredictable, and often dangerous, arrangement.

Launch becomes a recurring member of the Kame House household, adding constant unpredictability to domestic scenes. Her dual personality is unlike any other character trait in the series, and her aggressive form's willingness to use firearms keeps even the strongest fighters on edge. This is also the first episode without Bulma, signaling that the show's center of gravity has fully shifted to Goku's training arc. The Turtle School's actual training is about to begin.
