Gwess reads a privileged, high-society air off Miu Miu the moment they meet. Blonde and stringy, her hair falls in several drooping coils, and her brows are drawn as tidy circles above heavily painted features. Posing as an inmate, she favors an oversized sweater trimmed with round pom-poms shaped like eyeballs. Torn stockings and a skirt scrawled with odd captions, one of them reading Delicious across the seat, round out the look.

Miu Miu commands a humanoid Stand called Jail House Lock. Its power caps how much fresh information a victim can hold, keeping them to just three new memories at any given moment. The instant a fourth detail arrives, the earliest one is erased to make room, so targets can never build on what they learn. She exploits this by sending guards in bunches larger than three, leaving her enemies unable to track them all.

Though she first passes for another prisoner, Miu Miu actually oversees security at the visiting room and main gate, planted there to stop Jolyne Cujoh from interfering any further in Enrico Pucci's plans. Her ability snares not only Jolyne but Emporio Alnino, who keeps forgetting what he is doing and gets zapped by an electrical outlet while trying to warn her about the disguised captain.

Once Jolyne finally holds the thread long enough to reach Emporio, she pins the guard as her true opponent. Miu Miu answers by flooding the corridors with guards in units of four or more and nearly seizes the advantage. Jolyne breaks through with a flurry of blows, grabs her as a shield, and slips out of the prison with Emporio and Ermes Costello alongside her.
