Kashiko Kashi

Kashiko Kashi walked out of prison in the chaos after the Paranormal Liberation War and decided the smart move was to hide rather than run wild. The caution bought him nothing. A dying "Tomura Shigaraki" came through the wall of his hideout looking for somewhere to dump New Order.

Personality

Robbery and murder put him behind bars, which says enough about where his conscience sits. What set him apart from the rest of the escapees was calculation.

Where the others tore through the streets and drew every eye, Kashiko reasoned that the smarter play was to take the opportunity quietly and stay out of sight. He looked down on the criminals who could not work that out for themselves.

History

Kashiko and an unnamed partner holed up in a run-down house where the power and the water somehow still worked. The partner grumbled that the television would not come on, and Kashiko explained that even the country's broadcasters had gone into hiding, shielding themselves from the rampage the nation had become. He complained about how much effort the prison break had cost and about their city being flattened by the war, then allowed himself a smile: with everyone else on edge, the two of them could enjoy the suburbs in peace.

Then someone came through the wall. The convicts assumed a hero had tracked them down, but it was "Tomura Shigaraki," still tearing himself apart under New Order's self-destructive rule while Star and Stripe's vestige rampaged inside him. He seized Kashiko's face intending to strip the man's Quirk, planning to render him Quirkless and then hand him New Order so the power could sit safely outside his own body. The transfer failed, because New Order turned on every Quirk inside him and destroyed itself in the process. "Tomura" fled, killing Kashiko and his partner on the way out. Endeavor, Hawks and Best Jeanist later found the bodies.

His own Quirk was never named, and nothing about it was shown.
