History
Reiichi first turns up among a sizable group that squares off against Ichigo Kurosaki and Yasutora Sado on their opening day at Karakura High School. During a lunch break he corners Ichigo on the school roof, waves off Keigo Asano, and demands to know when Ichigo will finally dye his hair, certain the newcomer is imitating him. Ichigo insists the color is natural and mocks him in return, and when Reiichi slips on brass knuckles to settle things, Sado sends him crashing into a wall with one blow. He surfaces again later as a viewer of Don Kanonji's television program.
