Summary

Having taken the ball off Lorenzo's intended feed to Baro, Isagi surges forward and scans the pitch through Metavision, launching the counterattack with an opening pass to Kurona. The two build momentum through their orbital resonance, trading quick exchanges up the field. When Yukimiya shadows Isagi and lunges for the ball, Isagi uses him as a decoy to slip past Drago.

Kaiser trails the play but finds himself pinned by Lorenzo. Ubers' central defenders brace to shut down Isagi and Kurona, assuming the pair will decelerate near the box, only for Isagi to accelerate through a tight seam between Niko and Aiku. As he lines up to collect Kurona's pass, Ness steps in, declaring that with Lorenzo occupying Kaiser, snuffing out Isagi falls to him.

Ness reveals he has studied Isagi's finishing and pinned down its flaw, that the direct shot only comes off the right leg, then barges into him to break his balance. Isagi tells him to reconsider and drives the ball home with his left foot instead. The strike opens the scoring, and a stunned Ness demands to know what Isagi has done to his own body.
