Summary

With a minute left on the star-change clock, Loki keeps sprinting as Kaiser and Isagi chase. Turning over their past encounters, Isagi decides Kaiser plays through reason and logic and revisits his own notion of self-style versus world-style egos, wondering whether talented learners run on world-style logic while geniuses carry self-style drive. He reasons that learners are precisely what let geniuses be discovered, and that mutual admiration and rivalry between the two sharpen every ego and have carried Blue Lock forward.

Concluding that the two types form a partnership rather than a hierarchy, Isagi gains belief that he can compete and wonders how Kaiser has held his own against geniuses all along.
