Role
The Chinese government hired the team during the International Assassins arc to kill Denji and seize his heart. Quanxi took the job out of a wish to win human rights and education for the fiends in her care. Carrying out the contract drew them into open conflict with Public Safety's hunters in Japan, including Santa Claus. Their mission grew far more tangled once Makima entered the picture with designs of her own, eventually leading to a direct confrontation with Quanxi.
