Summary

Denji informs Asa that the Eternity Devil now controls the aquarium, but she refuses to take him seriously. The two run into a Devil Hunter Club patrol, Seigi, Nobana Higashiyama, and their president Haruka, who had been combing the aquarium for any sign of devils. Nobana loses her composure, having never faced a devil in the flesh. Yoshida turns up as well, insisting his presence there is mere coincidence. Asa quietly debates whether to weaponize Denji or to kill Haruka, still under the impression that he is Chainsaw Man.

The group adapts to the looping rooms, drawing drinkable water and edible fish from the endlessly repeating spaces. Tensions flare when Asa catches Denji pocketing money, and the two trade bitter insults. Remembering she still carries her mother's phone, Asa tries to find a signal, only to trip and break the device in the fall. Drained and feeling utterly forsaken, she sinks to the floor.
