Known to Saint-Germain as Basho, Shinobi works under him to harvest powers for Vlad, the chosen body for the ultimate yokai. Once Momo and Unji turned up in Shimane, she pulled the abilities out of both of them.
Her left eye stays hidden behind her bangs, and the length of her hair is gathered and bound at the back. She wears a dark top that is sleeveless and cut open across the back, paired with a matching neck scarf and leggings that reach the thighs. Plating armors much of the rest: dark arm-warmers running up to the shoulders, an armored obi that carries her sheathed blade, and a set of boots.
The wiki says little outright about her character, leaving her conduct to speak for her, that of a deceiving, single-mindedly professional operative. She slips into disguises without hesitation, plays on her victims' hopes and dread to steer them, and when Red Baron faults her she apologizes at once, excusing her absence by claiming her talents reach only as far as her one narrow gift.
In Shimane, once the masked priests had helped Momo lift her curse, Shinobi took the guise of a priestess and slipped into Momo's subconscious, telling her she had to pray in humble surrender to Earth and nature if she wanted to spare Seiko from peril after the clash with Red Baron. Momo obeyed, her power was drained, and Shinobi carried her back to the inn; somewhere along the line she also caught Unji Zuma and stripped away his ability too. Come morning, posing as an inn worker, she brought Momo coffee, then explained that Seiko's booking had been voided because she was now hospitalized, and offered to summon a car to the hospital.
Later, while Saint-Germain met with Vlad, Shinobi stepped in to report Red Baron at the door and was told to let him through. He arrived bearing two kozuka knives loaded with the powers torn from Rin and Koki, which she volunteered to deal with. Recognizing her as the one who had drained both Unji and Momo of their powers, Red Baron rebuked her for not backing him against their quarry, and she offered apologies, noting her usefulness was confined to her single talent. Vlad cut in to remind him that the two of them had already accomplished plenty. She then carefully fitted the kozuka knives into the device linked to Vlad, feeding him a pair of stolen abilities, the Onbusuman together with the gift named for the Lord of the Flies, which instantly forced him to transform as the new powers surfaced.

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....

Five Bleach female characters, ranked and settled. Yoruichi sits at number five, the spot nobody expects, and our number one is an Arrancar with a soft heart....
