Momo and Okarun finally bring down Acrobatic Silky, only to learn Aira died after being swallowed. The yokai offers her own aura to revive the girl, and a glimpse of her tragic past reframes the battle into a sorrowful farewell.
Carrying the unconscious Aira out of the yokai's reach, Momo and Okarun fight a fierce running battle against Acrobatic Silky. The triumph curdles when Turbo Granny reveals that Aira has already lost her life, and the defeated yokai responds with an unexpected offer.
Following Momo's plan, Okarun keeps hold of Aira to draw the pursuer into a trap; Acrobatic Silky's damaged hair snags on the building's beams, letting Momo pin her legs while Okarun charges at full speed to take her down. They recover the kintama, but Aira has no pulse. CPR and an ambulance call fail, and when Acrobatic Silky rises she pledges to revive the girl by giving up her own aura, even tearing out her mouth as a vow of good faith. As Momo channels the transfer, she sees the yokai's life as a devoted single mother who danced off a rooftop after her daughter was taken from her.
The spirit's bond formed when a young Aira once mistook her for her late mother, driving her transformation into a protective yokai. The revival succeeds and Aira returns to life, but having surrendered her aura, Acrobatic Silky is doomed to be forgotten rather than pass on. Aira embraces her, names her mother, and confesses love, allowing the yokai to reach Nirvana and depart with a wish for a kinder place beyond. Adapts Chapter 15 through Chapter 17 in the Acrobatic Silky Arc.
