Chapter 11 of Dandadan brings Turbo Granny back as Momo's grandmother lures the doll-bound yokai into the open. Turbo Granny admits surviving her exorcism, threatens the trio, then strikes a bargain to help track down Okarun's missing balls.
Holding a washbowl and a beckoning-cat figurine she just fetched, Momo's grandmother smacks Okarun over the head using a harisen, then asks Momo whether she noticed any change. Momo says his aura shifted to blue, and her grandmother tells her to draw the aura out the next time its color turns. When she does, the three are startled as the doll springs to life and bolts across the room. Momo pins it with her psychic powers, and the doll bristles. The grandmother reveals it is Turbo Granny, who explains she escaped exorcism by slipping inside Okarun at the final moment.
She threatens revenge on the trio once her powers come back, prompting Momo to taunt how helpless she is right now. Seizing the chance, Okarun brandishes a talisman and demands his balls returned, but Turbo Granny points out that ending her life means losing them forever, which dawns on him and Momo. She then orders Okarun to murder Momo along with her grandmother as the price, and in his fury he abruptly shifts into his Turbo Granny form. The grandmother explains that although the yokai's mind was forced out, her powers stayed behind in his body, and the grandmother thrashes a horrified Turbo Granny. Despite being foes, Momo admits she cannot bring herself to hate the yokai after learning of her kindness toward the dead girls in the tunnel, and strikes a bargain: she will restore her powers in return for help finding Okarun's balls. Turbo Granny accepts, only to admit she has lost track of them.
Momo discovers she can seize auras even through solid walls using her psychokinesis. The yokai Turbo Granny is driven out of Okarun and winds up trapped inside a maneki-neko doll. Because her powers linger in his body, Okarun can now transform at will.
Turbo Granny then admits she has no idea where Okarun's balls ended up.
