Chapter 121, Who's This Person?, opens with a sports match to reinsert Okarun's kintama. Saint-Germain then reaches Earth disguised as Sanjome, rewriting the staff's memories to become deputy head teacher, just as the kids plan an Occult Club.
Turbo Granny, Seiko, Momo, Jiji, and Bamora set out to return Okarun's kintama to him via a football match, to his dismay. Turbo Granny dodges every defender and slots the kintama back into Okarun's crotch. Even so, Seiko sulks over falling for the trick Turbo Granny used to get past her, and Momo scolds Jiji for playing badly, leaving Okarun to ask if the recap was needed.
Afterward, a strange man steps out of the sculpture called The Gates of Hell and strolls into Kamikoshi City High School, calmly entering the staff room and sitting at a desk. He introduces himself as Sanjome to a teacher named Murakami, whose seat he has taken, leaving Murakami baffled about where his own seat went. Both teachers find their memories of the desk oddly twisted. Sanjome persuades Murakami the seat is his by stating his name, prompting Murakami to recognize him as the Deputy Head Teacher, while the rest of the staff cannot recall the handsome man yet somehow remember the name Sanjome.
Elsewhere, Bamora reveals to Kinta, Okarun, and Momo that she can now speak their language, borrowing mostly Okarun's and Turbo Granny's speech. Momo wonders where Okarun's missing kintama is and figures rumors might lead them to it. Kinta then proposes starting an Occult Club so they no longer have to meet in the courtyard. Momo dislikes the idea since a club needs a stated purpose, but Okarun argues it can pass as historical research. Seeing through their wish for a hangout, she still agrees, then asks which teacher could supervise. Soon Murakami tells Momo and Okarun that Sanjome has offered to advise the club, baffling the pair, who have never seen him before.
Through a rugby match, the group reattaches the kintama that had been taken from Okarun. In disguise, Saint-Germain teleports down to Earth, walks into Kami High, and seizes the deputy head teacher post by warping the other staff's memories under the alias Sanjome.
The kids resolve to start an occult club to hunt for Okarun's remaining family jewel, and Sanjome ends up picked as their faculty advisor.
