Plunging into the diorama, Momo touches down in a realm built entirely from sweets. A scroll materializes to greet her, naming the place Danmara, and hands her a card bearing a diagram she cannot make sense of. Exploring onward, she reaches a gateway lined with weapons and recognizes the swords as the kind the old man wielded, claiming one for herself.

Wondering whether the monsters he mentioned really exist, she discovers the soil is made of cream, spots a rise ahead, and watches a scroll appear labeling it "National Border Hill." Back at the gang's base, members preparing to send the old man inside are halted by Okarun, who spots a Momo figurine now standing within the model. A delinquent reveals a Unji figure had also been there until it disappeared days earlier, a hint they read as Unji being in peril. Both Okarun and Momo then grasp that the diorama functions as a board game.

Momo arrives within Danmara and receives a puzzling card. She roams the odd candy world and picks up a blade. Those still outside watch her move as a small figurine. Eventually the pair conclude the model is nothing but a board game in disguise.

Running seventeen pages, this Volume 16 entry belongs to the Danmara Arc within the Kintama Hunt Saga and is the first set inside the Danmara dimension. It debuted on January 2, 2024, revealing the dessert-themed world along with its board-game nature.
