Summary

Turbo Granny tells Rin to gently rest the trunk on the spread of black fabric so she can handle it and draw out the figurines unharmed, warning her to take care since even a hairline crack in a figure could kill its owner. With the bench holding the trunk bolted down, the young girl once sent to Danmara tries to shift the object with sticks, but the attempt backfires and flings her into the inner world, Turbo Granny's caution arriving too late. Because Mai is a yokai resistant to curses, Turbo Granny next has Rin loop the black cords they brought around the trunk and ease it onto the fabric. Mai, however, refuses to cooperate with Turbo Granny and demands that Rin be the one to save them. She merges with Rin as a daringly skimpy idol costume, to Rin's embarrassment, and rallies the bystanders to cheer Rin on for strength as she sings.

At the same time, everyone realizes Danmara is breaking apart, alarming Turbo Granny, since the collapse will erase them all. Then, without warning, the group floats off the ground, all except Momo, who clings to Okarun's hand. Catching the sound of a song, Turbo Granny works out that Rin is wielding the Onbusuman's command over gravity to lift the figurines free of the diorama.
