Reaching the school, Kinta tells Aira that the feed from Koki's hair ornament cut out the instant she stepped into the gym. Aira tells Okarun and Kinta to hold back while she scouts ahead. Okarun wants to come along out of worry for her, but Kinta reminds him he has lost his powers. The moment Aira slips inside in her Acrobatic Silky form, Hase and his partner ambush Okarun and Kinta outside.

Within the gym Aira finds a crowd of headless bodies whose heads hover overhead, and they begin firing those heads at her like projectiles. She weaves through the barrage and strikes their weak points with her Pirouette Noble Drill, but the bodies knit themselves back together, leading her to conclude a Power User like Koki is pulling the strings. As she wonders where Koki and Rin have gone, she is stunned to recognize one of the drifting heads as Rin, with Mai beside her sobbing over her friend.

This chapter, dated February 25, 2025 in Volume 21, advances the Kozuka Knives Arc of the Ultimate Yokai Saga and opens the clash titled Aira's Group vs. Severed Head Dribblers. Koki appears in mention. The shorter installment pivots the action toward the gym while leaving Okarun and Kinta's fight to later chapters.
